Foundational Questions Institute — their URL is https://fqxi.org (FQXi) — is a very good name. Among the groups that support research at the edge of physics and cosmology, FQXi has a most empowering statement of their goals-mission-and-vision. Notwithstanding, they are wholesome skeptics and have their own unique set of sacrosanct first principles.
Of the people with whom I have communicated (listed below in larger type), there does not appear to be much discussion about the old Newton debate with Leibniz (through Samuel Clarke). One of my goals in writing to these scholars is to see if they might reconsider Leibniz and to discern how the Leibniz’s point of view (relationality) would re-open the dialogue and our imaginations. Also, I often ask about the 202 base-2 notations and it’s potential as a model.
Often those in that larger point size will go to our own summary pages of their work and a copy of our correspondence to them.
March 2020, my submission, Determinancy becomes unpredictable, uncomputable and undecidable, was accepted by FQXi for evaluation for a competition for the best essay on the topic, Undecidability, Uncomputability, and Unpredictability. The deadline was extended to April 24, 2020 so a revision of the March article was submitted on April 23, 2020.
