Background: The FQXi challenge opens our initial explorations of uncomputability within our re-definitions of the very nature of computability and systems: Are there any notations that are ever truly indeterminant?

[5] Uncomputability (Relation).  With a new subject, understanding the risk and limitations, I start with Wikipedia’s overviews of the computable and  computability theory, then jump into uncomputable functions. Eventually, after watching videos and reading current ArXiv articles, the challenge is to re-engage the very essence of the issue with the halting problem  and the Entscheidungsproblem.
