1. 202 Doublings of the Planck Base Units
From the Planck Scale to the current age and size of the universe. Once acknowledged and real research by scholars commences, the first 67 notations may become grounds for another major intellectual revolution. Opens the way to reinterpret both spacetime and the finite-infinite relation. In 2020 we suggested a conference focus on the issues based on our charts of those 202 notations.
2. Natural inflation
Most of those 67 notations are too small to be measured by our instrumentation. Could such a domain be a place for pure mathematics? If those 67 doublings are in fact defined by the four Planck base units, could our most current research within conformal field theory, loop quantum gravity, and spin networks be set free from the Hawking-styled concept of the infinitely hot that came with his big bang theory? It appears that within this simple outline of a model, a natural inflation described by base-2 notation, acts like a scripting program to capture the big bang epochs all without a bang. We started talking about it in 2016. That discussion has morphed into a discussion of the dynamics of the first ten notations.
3. Finite-infinite relation
Is there a most-basic finite-infinite transformation? Is it possibly within the incommensurable, the irrational, and the transcendental numbers? Even before base-2 notation commences, there appears to be a natural thrust within numbers. 5. Number theory and basic geometries
Start with the first 10 notations and build to the 67th notation. Identify the scaling vertices, and Ithe simple transitions from circles to lines given in cubic-close packing of equal spheres. Within basic geometry there is not widespread acknowledgement that perfectly enclosed within the tetrahedron are half-sized tetrahedra in each of the four corners and an octahedron in the middle. And even less understood is the most-simple construction of an octahedron from parts. It has six half-sized octahedra in each corner and the eight tetrahedra, one in each face, all sharing a common center point. Also, we observed within that structure of the four bonding hexagonal plates within Notation-0. Plus we have much to learn about the nature and place of the inescapable pipeline from geometry to gauge symmetry. Those images are just placeholders, barely a first draft. 6. Quantum fluctuations
We have yet to fully explore the deepest foundations for quantum fluctuations. 7. Intellectual arrogance
There’s too much. It stifles progress. Yes, progress in our understanding of the way things work in this world is held back by those who defend positions that once appeared to be the most robust, but have become detriments to deeper insights. The big bang theory is a good example. De facto pecking orders within families, communities, institutions and governments hold us arbitrarily in check.
