Dear Prof. Dr. Ivo Labbe:

I keep a record of my emails so I can be sure of what I said. In the course of creating that file, often I update the note: https://81018.com/labbe (this page) and then make references to it while writing, editing, and and re-editing the homepage for this period. So now there are a few references to your work as well: https://81018.com/vision/#Readings https://81018.com/alphabetical/#L

I am readily available and open to discussions.

Thank you.

Most sincerely,

Bruce

Dear Prof. Dr. Ivo Labbe:

I was pleased to find one of the scholars who “…has broken the record for the most distant galaxy numerous times.” As much as your recent article in the Monthly Notices of the Royal Astronomical Society (Sept 2024) tries to explain the conundrum, does it affirm the Big Bang? I have assumed as much. From the introduction: “Pushing the redshift frontier to 𝑧 ≳ 6 (e.g. ≲ 1 Gyr after the Big Bang) has been a challenging and decades-long endeavour.” Also, perhaps improperly, as a result of the comment about programming tools, “Note that bagpipes does not allow star formation before the Big Bang…” could be de facto affirming the Big Bang. Also, at no time does that article explicitly call the bang to question. At no time does it address the issue of smoothness.

Would you entertain a re-examination of the Big Bang along with all the other BSM efforts? Have you seen a base-2 notation applied to the Planck base units? We unwittingly backed into that effort in a geometry class in a New Orleans high school: https://81018.com/chart/ https://81018.com/home/ Nobody had done an exponential notation of any numbers! https://81018.com/202-1/

Thank you.

Most sincerely,

Bruce
