Dear Mr. Nikolai Podguzoy:
There are two highly-speculative projects for Russia and Kazakhstan that I would like to bring to your attention. Both are mechanisms to open the world of tourism in parts of Russia and Kazakhstan that today receive very little from other countries. These projects are to bring global travelers from around the world to these regions every year forever. This project would also have some impact on Georgia and Turkey.
