Dear Mr. Nikolay Kosov:

Of course, you know Vladimir Putin and at times you have had direct access to him.

On February 25 I sent him a note regarding a highly-integrated view of the universe. I was concerned that he had fallen into a trap of limited thinking that would ultimately hurt his future, Russia’s future, Ukraine’s future, and the world’s future.

Now, we all know that the Biden family has abused Ukraine. We know a little about the country’s tragic and thuggish history. We also know that the general public, including me, has a very limited understanding of that history.

We have so much to learn.

If we are to have a future as a global community we need new models of who we are and why. We also need leadership with integrity — hyper-ethical people beyond reproach. The global banking community needs to step up and teach a new ethics that is part of the very fabric of the universe.

I would like to send you two additional notes to follow up this one. Is there a better email address? Short term, your banks need to construct an off ramp for Putin so we can all begin to coordinate and build a better future for us all. Thank you.

Most sincerely,

PS. That embedded link in the second paragraph referenced above goes to Thank you. -BEC

* A Natural Ethics: Not only should the banking community be teaching a new ethics that is part of the very fabric of the universe, it should require that every organization and banking system within their extended community be teaching this natural ethics as well.
