Dear Dr. Velislava Ivanova:

I have tried to look at ESG and DEI through the prism of first principles. The six words each have a history of usage and applications. How else might we know the deepest meaning of those words?  An intersectional approach first advocated by Kimberlé Williams Crenshaw focuses on the deep-seated overlap where there is an interplay of dynamics, meaning, and definition.

An emergent page for E&Y has been started: https://81018.com/ey/ It will evolve over time.  The other pages are: https://81018.com/esg-dei/ Also: https://81018.com/esg-dei/#6a and https://81018.com/esg-dei/#6z

If you have any recommendations or suggestions to improve those pages, I am all ears.

Thank you.

Most sincerely,

Bruce

Hi Lior,

Of course, you greatly influence E&Y’s role within the ESG-DEI community.
You are a writer and leader!

I thought you might enjoy another perspective about ESG-DEI as well as recommend
any updates to our page with links to your work. You may well have suggestions,
especially to your latest work and that of others who help the larger E&Y family
to focus on this very special issue.

Eventually, I will develop a page, https://81018.com/ey as this study continues.

If you’d like to contribute that page, it could help me tremendously. Thank you.

Warmly,
Bruce
