Dear Prof. Dr. Mordehai Milgrom:

In the final days of 1946, we were both getting our start in life. Much later, looking up through a canopy of stars on a clear moonless night in State of Maine, I just couldn’t take it in. It was suffocating. Obviously, you not only took it in, but started to make sense of it all. I

congratulate you on your insights into our universe over the years.

I am struggling with MOND in light of our little project in 2011 that allowed me to finally “take it in.” We had mapped the universe in 202 base-2 exponential notations using the Planck base units. It took Frank Wilczek and Freeman Dyson to begin to convince me that it wasn’t all just common knowledge that we backed into. By 2022 we were hypothesizing that an infinitesimal sphere defined by the Planck units was the first moment of space-time-mass-energy.

I would like to request that you take a close look at first 64 base-2 notations out the 202. I have a hunch that MOND can use them. Introduction: https://81018.com/vision/ The numbers: 81018.com/chart/

I believe perhaps that MOND could use a map of the universe and a detailed description, not just of the first minutes, but of key paradigm shifts that begin to make it all work quite simply and beautifully,

I have been wrong before, but this time an intuition serves me that MOND may now thrive.

I welcome your comments, please, even if it hurts. Thank you.

Warmly,

Bruce
