FCC bounded-run documentation note

The construction rules and bounded analysis plan for the first 1,000-sphere FCC run were specified and approved in the research conversation before computational execution. The run was then executed and its results inspected. At execution, independent verification of a publicly archived, frozen copy of the final analysis plan had not been completed.

We therefore describe this run as a prospectively planned computational construction-and-verification study, while leaving its formal public-preregistration status unverified pending review of publication records. Publication of this note does not constitute retrospective preregistration of the completed run.

The protocol history, approval record, code, outputs, and limitations will be preserved. Any further analysis will disclose these already-known results.
