December 1: Reflections on the meaning and value of life

Day by day with Hattie and Bruce on the path to their new home in Nashville
As they do their daily work, Hattie on end-of-life decision making and
Bruce on a highly-integrated, mathematical model of the universe,
they reflect on life around Miami and on events within our world.

After a full day of work on the the article and with Carolyne on all her edits, we finally went out to discover the neighborhood, walking north up Collins Avenue to Trump International Beach resort to have a drink and check it out. We walked by some sensational properties. This tower with Trump’s name on it, looked like it welcomed walk-ins. Most do not. The Trumps license their brand and neither this one or another yet closer just south of us are listed as Trump properties.

The day started with a promising splash of color well before sunrise.
By the time for the sunrise it was all solidly “socked in.”

Trump International Towers just up the street has a decent sushi bar and casual setting.
